Exhibitions are an important part of engaging with
the general public in a debate about current affairs.
Individual or collaborative efforts are often aimed at
the exchange of knowledge and the advancement
of technology, presenting an opportunity to ask
questions in order to understand our world and
each other better.

‘HABITAT: Embracing Change in the Post 2030 Future’
online exhibition is based on the awardwinning
Thames & Hudson publication ‘Habitat:
Vernacular Architecture for a Changing Planet’ (2017). The exhibition gathers seventeen
multidisciplinary experts from twelve countries to
share regional stories in the global context on
achieving not only the SDGs by 2030 but to look
beyond 2030 with recommendations to ensure that
it will be prosperous and resilient. Designed and
curated by Dr Sandra Piesik and hosted by The
Global Sustainable Technology & Innovation Community (G-STIC) and Vito, Belgium.
